Astrool — Horoscope, Tarot & Numerology

This Privacy Policy explains how Astrool ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use the Astrool mobile application and website. By using Astrool you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to run the app and improve your experience:

Account data — when you sign in with Google or email, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier.
Profile & astrology inputs — birth date, birth time, and birth place you enter to generate horoscopes, birth charts, numerology and compatibility readings.
Usage & device data — app interactions, feature usage, device model, OS version, language, and crash diagnostics.
Purchase data — records of subscriptions and in-app purchases (processed by the app stores; we do not receive your card number).
Content you submit — photos you upload for features such as coffee, palm, or face reading, and messages you send to the AI chat.

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate your horoscopes, tarot, numerology, and other readings.
To create and secure your account and sync your data across devices.
To process subscriptions, coins, and in-app purchases.
To send notifications and reminders you opt into.
To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the app.

3. Third-Party Services

Astrool uses trusted third-party services that may process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

Supabase	Account authentication and secure data storage
Google Sign-In	Sign-in authentication
RevenueCat	Subscription and purchase management
OneSignal	Promotional push notifications
Google AdMob	Advertising (where ads are shown)

4. Advertising

Where advertising is enabled, Google AdMob may use device identifiers to show relevant ads. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. Subscribed users see fewer or no ads.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@astrool.app. Uploaded photos used for readings are processed to produce your result and are not retained for unrelated purposes.

6. Children

Astrool is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact info@astrool.app.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
